was very unhappy the lady Nomsa was do rude did not assist me instead told me to call Telkom contact Centre for the to assist me and worse Dexter didn't assist me when I had questions he pointed I go back to Nomsa to assist me to get my new simcard I've never been taken back and forth like I'm a fool
