TELKOM STORE GREENSTONE MISLEADING CANCELLATION

Telkom store in Greenstone mall, their Sales Consultant THABANG, sold me a phone and misled me by showing a different phone to my surprise it was not what I was sold when I checked the phone. The phone is at the store I left it there. They cancelled my line and I went to Telkom Newcastle and took up new upgrade. Now the Telkom Store Greenstone has changed everything and claimed I migrated and opted to pay a cash amount for the phone which is 18k. My cancellation was valid and it was withing 2 HOURS. and I certainly would not opt to pay 18k cash for a phone and also, what am I doing with 2 upgrades on 1 number? I know this is all a game for the store staff as they running away from taking responsibility. I need this matter resolved ASAP.
