Telkom Store-Greenstone Mall

I have a 24 month contract with Telkom Mobile for a cellphone and Wifi. When I signed up the Wifi contact, I was told it will support both Data and Voice and I was given 2sim cards(1xdata and 1x Voice). I took it back to the store and I was told that that the device could only support Data and not Voice if it's not uncapped, which is not I was told when it was sold to me. I dealt with such unprofessional staff members at that store who refused to assist and referred me to the website. I am considering cancelling all my contracts with this company and report this matter to the Ombudsman for Telkom.
