TELKOM STORE GATEWAY BRANCH APPALLING SERVICE I visited the Telkom Store at the Gateway Branch in Durban on 1 December 2024 and did an UPGRADE on my contract, phone chosen was the Huawei Pura 70,this was a Black Friday Special and the contract package included The Huawei Watch fit SE and the Huawei Freebuds SE 2 which were gifts and also included a free 12 months subscription to Prime TV, to date I have not received my gifts neither did I receive the link to my 1 year free subscription to Prime TV, many visits to the branch has brought on so much frustration as I have been just given false promises just to get me off their backs. Note I am due to pay an installment of R991.27 on 30 January 2025 however I am unable to use my device to its full potential due to not having the Freebuds (phone only takes a wireless earphone/buds). TELKOM GATEWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WILL DEAL WITH MY QUERY WITH THE HIGHEST URGENCY AS FAILURE TO DO SO I WILL BE CONTACT ICASA!!!
