Telkom store does not send me statements and keeps deducting more money from my account.

I have 2 contract fones with Telkom. I have been asking them to email my statements its been years now they never email me. Whenever i have a queiry on my account i have to drive to the nearest Telkom store which is not so near i spend petrol only to get there and be given a number to call and ask about the quiery i have. No one in the store will help you. They say call this number and you spent petrol and time to go get help but dololo. I am not happy this is poor service.
