Telkom store at The Grove Mall is an absolute joke!!!

I've had a very disappointing experience with Telkom at The Grove Mall Pretoria East. I went to the store on the 13th of May already to upgrade my contract and was told that the device I had ordered would be available by Friday the 15th. As they do not answer their telephones I had to drive through around 4 times to enquire in-store as to whether my device had arrived yet or not. I told them that it is an emergency as I am leaving permanently for Cape Town on the morning of the 26th of May. The last visit to the store on Friday the 22nd of May a consultant had the audacity to tell me to drive all the way through to Sandton mall because that store had 4 devices available. When I asked her if she could call them to reserve a device for me she told me to "just call them". I then took it upon myself to do their work and attempted to call the Sandton store. It was no surprise when they also did not answer their telephones. I then decided to leave it as I had run out of time with my impending move to Cape Town. I then arranged with the social media team via Facebook to have the device couriered to Cape Town or a Cape Town store once stock had arrived at the Grove Mall. I have been waiting for a month and a half now and still no feedback from the store. I told the social media team to please cancel my upgrade and I will cancel my contract online on the 12th of July when my contract ends. After this terrible service I am not interested in continuing with Telkom. I will rather get a more reliable service provider.
