Telkom store at hatfield runs on excuses and poor service

The service at Telkom store Hatfield plaza in Pretoria sucks, I went there to upgrade my contract to LTE-A, and all I got was stories. First the system didn't wanna allow an upgrade, but they could not explain why. After they rectified the issue, while processing the upgrade, I was told they forgot they did not have stock (LTE-A routers) and that the only time they gonna have any is on the 6th when the warehouse opens. Why is is always at this shop they have excuses? Is excuses their core business? I even experienced trouble 3 weeks before when applying for a phone contract, they were off line, they took my numbers and said they'd call but no one even did, I had to haul myself to that ****a shop to get things done. Applying on line is even more hopeless, they never call you, your request just disappears into cyberspace. Telkom has a poor customer service culture I'm even beginning to regret taking a contract with you guys.
