Telkom stops ADSL with no warning on 31 March 2023.

I found out by accident that on 31 March 2023 Telkom will no longer provide ADSL services in Kei Mouth Eastern Cape. They could only offer me the smart voice option because there is nothing else in the area no fibre no LTE. Then they don't wait for me to approve the order, the Debi check is also not even approved and they cancel my current land line with AGAIN no warning and when I phone they tell me it will take 6-8 working days before the device is delivered. I try to cancel the order to get my line back until I have another solution and am told that will take 3-4 days to reactivate my land line. Pathetic.
