Telkom Stop *****ing my Money please cancel your service you keep billing me for.

Please note this is your monthly reminder to cancel the service I have requested 4 times in last 6 months to be canceled and you keep billing me then saying I need to pay the bill before canceling, I pay you keep billing and I pay you keep billing I pay and your holding me financially hostage, Please Stop and Cancel the Service Stop Billing me and then Claiming you will cancel after I settle the bill you never do and I keep paying. You are breaking the LAW whee the hell is our CPA in all of this???
