Telkom stop putting my credit score on the mud NXA!!!!?

I app**** for a cellphone contract and was assisted by Tristan from Telkom store in Ghandi square then the was a problem with my bank account because the account I was using it was not were my salary came from then he said to me in order for my contract to be approved for a phone I first need to apply for a sim only deal which I did but never received the sim card then we did a contract for the phone which I never received any feedback then I asked him to cancel everything then later on Telkom collections started debiting my account without having their services provide then when I asked for a cancellation Tristan said he has requested a cancellation however till now I haven't had from him I sent an email to Telkom and on Twitter DM for cancellation but till now I haven't had from them I ended having to pay for something that I don't have and they still haven't cancelled please assist 💔💔😭😭 because it's affecting my score as an employee who works for one of the biggest FSP in the country.
