Telkom stoneage service

In the age of technological advancement, Telkom service remains in the stone ages. I have been waiting for the last 6 months to have a line installed. When you phone them it sounds like they don't even understand their own system. Nobody knows whats going on EVER!. Why give me a reference number when there is no point to it. Thank heavens for cellphones. This white elephant needs to be put out of its mercy. Lets wait in anticipation to see how many reference numbers I can rack up. DISGUSTING :(
