TELKOM STOLE R7200 FROM ME In June 2024 a rep from Telkom phoned me and asked if i want to convert my DSL services to fibre, She went ahaed and had my DSL services cancelled immediatly, THERE WAS NO FIBRE AVAILABLE YET. Numerous phonecalls but couldnt have the services restored. For 3 months they still debited my bank without any service, many phonecalls later i had the account cancelled, 3 months later, they credited me only R3044 rand wich i never received, many phonecalls and emails send. They just stole that as well, received an invoice for UNCLAIMED REFUNT
