Telkom stole my phone

Telkom stole my phone and now want to take me to court. I took out a contract at the tygervalley branch and the software of my LG G4 gave problems. Was still under warranty and it was sent to Johannesburg. Phone came back with a broken screen and was sent back again. I stopped paying for it because I didnt have any phone to use and the company repairing it is a 3rd party. They sold the phone. I am harassed daily by nudebt management. I went to the shop on a daily basis asking for the manager. The security wanted to remove me after a while because nobody wanted to assist me and told me to phone head office. I tried to phone head office but nobody can help me. Half the staff cant even speak English and eh eh the whole time and tell me to go back to the shop where I bought the phone.
