Telkom stole my money; have reported them to Icasa

<p>I was told by Onke on 23 Aug that my phone would take 5-7 working days to reach me. Given that we are now 5 days beyond that timeframe and it hasn't this constitutes breach of contract commensurate to a R100 (and counting) reimbur*****t since I pay R600pm for my device and plan ( a total of R20/day in a 30-day month).</p>
