Telkom stole my money

Telkom has really did me dirty and not even ashamed. Loaded R200 airtime so I could convert it to LTE data plan I use monthly. To my surprise, my airtime kept going down until 0.00. I only used R29 for the Monice bundle the rest was for subscriptions that just magically appeared on my phone from God knows what. I have called, I have emailed, I have gone to social media. Telkom doesn't care. To someone this is nothing but to me it's a lot of money. I'm not working and use the internet to apply for jobs.
