Telkom stole my money.

On the 15th of May Telkom deducted R1626.75 from my account. I only had a R599 deal with them, I have called them 25 times to get them to refund me the money they stole from me as they claimed it was a glitch in their system. we are nearly three months since this incident and they keep running circles around the issue, to the point where I canceled my deal with them
