TELKOM STOLE MY MONEY!!!

I cancelled uncapped subscription with telkom with 3 weeks left to the end of the month. The consultant told me i would be refunded for the weeks that were remaining . I later called Telkom again and spoke to another consultant in the accounts department who confirmed that i should be refunded as my internet was cut of immediately when i cancelled the contract. after two weeks i received a message saying my case has been resolved and Telkom states that no refund is due to me
