Telkom stole money from our account
Telkom just debited 13k from my wife’s fnb account
She doesn’t have any contracts or any dealings with Telkom Mobi
This is disgraceful

02 Jul 2021, 13:47Telkom have insiders within their business setting up ********** accounts . How is it that Yesterday my bank account was debited R13000 I have never held an account with Telkom . I went into a Telkom branch and the ********** account was on system the account particulars did not even match my name as per my ID further to that the residential address is not mine either so it BEGS THE QUESTION TELKOM HOW DID SOMEONE OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME WITH INCORRECT DETAILS ? WHERE WAS THE FICA PROCESS ?? CLEARLY AN INSIDE JOB TO BYPASS FICA BY SOMEONE IN TELKOM . TELKOM KINDLY CALL ME I RAISED THIS ISSUE VIA HELLOPETER YESTERDAY AND WENT INSTORE AND NO ONE FROM TELKOM HAS CONTACTED ME SINCE .I HAVE NOW OPENED A CASE AT THE POLICE STATION . TELKOM YOU WILL COMPLY AND FORWARD THE DETAILS OF THIS ********** ACCOUNT AND THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION WHICH YOU ALLOWED TO HAPPEN . I WILL TAKING THIS TO CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN AND SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL AGAINST TELKOM I EXPECT A CALL TODAY !!!!
