Telkom stole money from me

I made an EFT payment amounting to R19 500 on the 14 of December 2022 for the remaining contract period but for some reason Telkom cannot see this amount.

The funny thing is that I made an EFT payment amounting to R1 100 on the 04 of December 2022 and that amount has reflected.

Like how the heavens does that happen? How?

I try to call and email proof of payment and no one is willing to help me, they make promises but never deliver.

I even went into the Canal Walk shop to try and get the issue resolved and they still have not responded or resolved the issue. This is a lot of money and I really don’t know what to do about it at this point 😭

On top of that they have debited R799 from me which is super weird because in 2022 they weren’t deducting money from me and as result, I had to make manual payments

Please help 😭😭😭
