Telkom stole money from be, ***** yes *****

Telkom gave me a bill and debt my account for over R6k for international Romina no data. 1. On taking contract I asked not to have international timing. You need to fill in a form for this, telkom can not produce form 2. I asked for a credit limit because well it’s telkom. Telkom ignored limited and cured me 3. Telkom cannot produce international request form or my contract, 4. Visited store 5 time on phone 9 time, still no luck. 5. “Lost” my complaint twice. 6. I have screen shots of contract , that they could’t Send me, stating limit and I don’t have international roaming, still charge me 7. Promise supervise would call, they did’t 8. Promised supervised would email, they have’t Please don’t go with telkom, it looks cheap, but you will pay in the long run. Also there Service coverage is shocking and there costumer Service is non-existent
