Telkom stole from me, and their service sucks. Stay away, they don't care!

Telkom are ******* and there service sucks, or let me rather say it is none existing. First I paid for my LIT box which is marketed for free, it cost me R1,099, been struggling for more than a year to get my money back, and now my service is down and they have this useless auto call centre thing, that is absolutely a mess. Now, how do I cancel my agreement, now I can't because us as normal citizens have no rights, they will blacklist me and cost me everything, so stay away from Telkom, at least Vodacom and MTN cares about their reputation, Telkom does not give a damn and we can see this in them loosing clients everyday, do not make the same mistake I did, they where useless and still are useless and will be useless in the future.
