Telkom Stole From Me!

<p>We just sold our house and instead of closing our telkom account we were asked to do a change of ownership rather... This was huge mistake on our part as Telkom cannot achive this service they offer.</p> <p>Instead of us being given our deposit back they simply added it on to the new owners account as credit and continued to bill us for their new account.</p> <p>Now after asking numerous times for this to be corrected and us to be reimbursed we are left with the answer from Telkom saying you are not the owners of the account and cannot make changes or enquire on the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please let me know what should we do? Telkom have literally ****** from us....</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Never do a change of ownership from Telkom, it is a trick to give them your deposit and leave you in the dark with no nswers.</p>
