Telkom stole 40GB of my data within 12 hours!!!

So according to Telkom, I managed to use 40GB of my smart broadband data within a period of 12hours. I find this ridiculous. Telkom, may you please fix this issue before I cancel all of my contracts I have with Telkom. I have always been a great advocate for Telkom besides what others would say, but I'm starting to believe that this is not the network for me.
