Telkom Stole 2 months of money from me!!!

I paid my telkom bill cash. Telkom still cut me off it took 2 days to get my internet back on. Then they took 2 months worth of payment from my account!! I lodged an complaint and they said someone will talk to me in 72hours - ***2complaint record - A week ago no call back NOTHING from Telkom when I followed and had to call the phatetic call center did teh girl claim it will take 21 days!!!!! for them to review it!!! Telkom ***** 2 months of money from me AND THEY WILL ONLY REVIEW IT IN 21DAYS. Put thus on a Telkom letterhead I am taking this ICASA Social media and all that can see what ******* they are. How can one company be this phatetic. I CANT WAIT TO CANCEL WITH USELESS TELKOM!!!
