Telkom stinks!

Telkom is overall a pathetic service provider. Over December they had cable theft wich left me without internet. When I tried to use there mobile internet ****le wich was recieved with my Adsl router I found that thier mobile coverage and speed is even worst than there Adsl speed. It took Telkom more than a week to resole the issue. In January I was told they had a bulk area fault which as yet I do not know if it is fixed or not. No feedback at all and I am left with a slow internet speed. Upload speed dropped from 1mb/s to 0.6mb/s. If I complaint to Tellkom about it all they say is that there is nothing wrong and I have to live with the 0.6mb/s upload because to then it is acceptable. Why mus I pay for service when they dont deliver.? I live in Louis Trichardt.
