Telkom - Still waiting and getting Old and Grey

For lack of a better word i will start with ***********. Receiving message that my line will be installed today 19/11/2015, no one arrived. Not even caring that i need to make arrangements for leave to wait for a technician to arrive a my house and no one bothers to contact me to move the date. I would expect someone to contact me as an matter of urgency and not a random person from a call center!
