Telkom Still Trying to Debit Account

Does anyone know how to make Telkom get the message that you do not have an active subscription with them anymore, and that you have not been using their services since the day you CANCELLED it? Does this company have any sort of dignity left?

Will definitely not be recommending them to anyone for #BlackFriday .
