Telkom Still trying to charge after cancelling Telkom line then getting a bill for 3x the original amount!?!?!?!

I phoned the telkom call centre who advised I need to give telkom 22 days to cancel my telkom line - I sent through my cancellation form on 5 January 2018, meaning my line should have been cancelled before the 31 January 2018 and should not be charged again. Knowing that telkom are a bunch of lying *******, I put a stop order for the R199 that I am being billed for my telkom line....surprise surprise....telkom tried to deduct the R199!!! Then I get an SMS saying it was rejected and I must make a payment within 24 hours!??? Rejected??? Really?? You shouldnt even be billing me any more! WHY!? You are trying to deduct me for a service I am not making use of!? AND cancelled within the timeframe YOUR agent gave me!? Then I get a bill for R642.60 ? Below is what im all of a sudden being charged for:

What is wrong with you telkom !? I WILL NOT pay for something that I cancelled within the time frame provided by YOUR AGENTS! AND THEN for some random amounts! You are really going to lose SO many clients because of your thieving ways!

People - Please move from telkom and go for a wireless option, there is very little down time and IF it goes down, its up within minutes, MAX hours.....Where telkom is down for weeks and tells you lies and then when you cancel, they try ***** even more money from you as well.

Telkom, I need you to phone me and explain what this bill is for, please, try and explain this one to me. I will not pay for this bill!
