Telkom still throttling our LTE speed

Very bad speed and no one can fix it

In the last week or so, my LTE speed with my Telkom Huawei router has been dwindling from 40 MBPS to a mere 1 MNPS or less.

We tried to call the call center but had to hold the line for an hour. Next, we tried the chat option, which did not work due to the bad internet connection. Finally got someone on the chat who told me to reset my router and search manually for the Telkom 4G dial-up connection, which I did. This did not fix anything.

My husband even went into the Telkom shop and they said they could not help because it needs to be sorted by IT. they logged a call and of course, I will have to wait forever for them to come out.

This happened to me previously as well, and the IT guys came out to check, I never heard back from them but within a week my speed was back.

I am sure Telkom throttles their users after some time! This is just bad business! Why do I need to complain to keep getting the same service?
