Telkom still the worst

Worst cellphone company in the world!! Where to start.. Telkom shops: Useless if you have a query, can't even pay your account instore, you have to go to the bank to do a payment.. Call centre always have an higher than normal call rate.. You can expect to be helped in excess of 30min wait. They once disconnected my line for the whole month in December because they did not do the debit order and expected me to go in an pay at the bank. After I refused and told them it's their fault they can either deduct it themselves or load it to the next month. Now I'm being charged double my data contract and after complaining to them I'm told someone should have let me know when I ordered it.. Really....
