Telkom - still taking money after cancellation

I entered into a contract for 2.5GB data a month and got a Huawei 3G wifi device as part of the deal in August 2014. On 4 March 2015, within the warranty period, my device stopped working. I took it to the Telkom Mobile store in Canal Walk and sent it off for repairs. The told me it would take 21 working days maximum. <br> <br> I followed up a few times a week (going in to the store, phoning and emailing) and finally in August I gave up and cancelled my contract - the store had lost my device and could not locate it. they did not offer to replace the device or to reimburse me for the portion of the monthly fee allocated to the device. The only reason I entered into the contract was because I got the device and I was not able to use it for 6 months.<br> I had the worst service from the personnel at the 8ta store in Canal Walk and when a debit order came off my account at the end of September I realised that once again they had let me down as they did not process my cancellation. I cancelled my contract on 26 August 2015 and money has been taken out of my account for September and October! <br> I have gone through all the correct processes and have not received any response from Telkom.<br> <br>
