Telkom STILL sucks

The only reason it is 1 star is because I can't give none. So I was told by Telkom representative a month ago that even though the note10 lite is being advertised as an option (free me packages) they don't have stock and aren't going to get stock. yet, a month later, it is STILL on the website. With a different price, none the less. But I ordered another device, two weeks ago. I still haven't received it, and no one can or will help me as to where the stock is, or when they will get, or what happened to the stock the my order should have reserved for me at the time of my order. I have phoned daily and asked for a manager to call - yep - no one has called yet.
