Telkom still sucking funds after cancelled contract two months later

Telkom contract was cancelled July and today they still debit money from my account although my contract was cancelled more than two months back, bad service from the call centres, spent over 4hours on the phone with the call centre and they keep hanging up and referring me to another call agent any assistance I can get would be appreciated regarding funds taken
