Telkom, still so sad

<p>How many times must I complain about Telkom to get a positive reaction from them. I am still waiting for somebody to contact me about the wifi service I app**** for in June. So far I have had a reference number and nothing happened with that, then I had a message that sombody or other would contact me and NOTHING has happened. I think these people work only for the pay cheque that they get at the end of the month regardless of the service they give. Telkom, you should be ashamed of yourselves.</p>
