TELKOM - STILL NOTHING AND PAYING FOR MONTHS

<p>I am so done with having to constantly write reviews about the pathetic service from TELKOM that I have had for months. I have made several complaints and yet the speed of my device is disgusting beyond words. I have received numerous messages telling me that the network department is investigating yet 2 visits to my home later, nothing has materialised. Just today i received a call from a lady at TELKOM asking me yet again if someone has contacted me. It seems like they never update their logs as i have the same information given to me each time, and the same promise of it being escalated. I have even asked if I can cancel this device as I am paying for something promised yet not getting what I am paying for, and still no one has even had the decency of telling me what and when this issue will be resolved. Do I wait another 6 months and get ********** for another 6 months beforesomeone does something, or is the new way that TELKOM does their business.</p> <p>Not really Sincere at all</p> <p>Your Disgusted ********** Client</p>
