telkom still not bothered to refund me or even respond at all!

<p>I am at my wits end with telkom 3 weeks after calling several times a day everyday about refunding the R7240 they debited out my account without any permission. .what an audacity to take money out of someones personal account so easily yet they have no conscience about putting it back until you practically begging for your own money back. as for their billng department I have never come across such a useless bunch of people in my life..its been waayyy longer than the 72hrs turnaround time they claim it takes. I rue the day I ever heard of telkom mobile. wonder if ill ever get my refund..as it is they have already made so many problems because of this..then they toyally ignore you.</p>
