Telkom Still Increasing My Limits Without Consent

Appalling service again from Telkom mobile, you guys have a facebook account where we can contact you and voice our complaints, a rudimentary response is given but no action is taken. I am still having my limits increased without my permission. I have contacted the call centre on numerous occassions to get this sorted but it still isn't sorted. You guys can't just increase my limits without my permission, this is against the law. It is ridiculous that I have to constantly supervise my own account and contact Telkom to sort out their mishaps. The only way to get some service is to unfortunately put a complaint through HelloPeter Telkom needs to get their customer service in order and sort my problem out immediately.
