Telkom still have not assisted ADSL issue - migration trouble

Good day I have sent emails and responded as you have requested. I have been given several emails via Telkom to email regarding my issue. I have still not received any help... or response. its almost month end - meaning Telkom will miss its deadline if they do not sort out my trouble. I cannot understand what the problem is - just move my line to open pool. its really not that difficult. why you have to keep delaying me like this. #adsl #telkom #annoyedbeyondwhatyoucanimagine #openpool
