Telkom still hasnt called back regarding my order

I placed an order online for an ADSL line on the 10th July 2017. They called me back the same day to confirm my order and ensured me that a technician would give me a call back to arrange a date for the line to be fitted. I didnt receive any calls from them to follow up until i placed the order online again on the 4th September 2017. The lady called me the same day and i explained the situation to her, she was suppose to follow up on her side and call me back. Its almost the end of September and still no communication. This has been the worst service i received from Telkom!!
