Telkom Still has not refunded me.

Hi, I took about 6 months to get Telkom to cancel my land line that they forced me to pay even though the line was dead. It was officially completed with a statement and everything. So they owe me over R1300. Yet over a month later I am still waiting on them to pay me back. Telkom just cant get thing right. Please resolve this?

Still no response from Telkom... Had to call in my self... and they tell me nothing was done. Had to log another dispute got reference number ***. Now they say I have to wait 10 days. Thats bull... so Telkom still shows they do nothing about queries.
