Telkom STILL dissapointingly slow turn-around

I would have loved to write a positive review after a few years of being a loyal client. Regrettably, the turn-around for resolving a reported fault is still disappointingly sluggish. Day 6 and counting, WIFI issue is yet to be resolved. When asking if Telkom has a set turn-around for resolving a fault, the response is simply, "no". Meaning a technician really can take his time and take their time they do. Sad.
