Telkom still deducting monthly service fee even after contract has ended and was cancelled on the18th of April 2017

<p>My mobile contract expired or came to an end and i went to a store at cradlestone mall and cancelled the contract on the 18th of April 2017. I am shocked they are still deducting monthly service fee up to date. I have complained before and went to the store as well but nothing is done. Tomorrow i am going to ask my bank not to allow them to deduct anything from my account and will also ask assistant from consumer proctection regarding this matter. This is a very bad service from telkom. I will never enter into any contract with you again.</p>
