Telkom still deducting money

<p>how many times must i ask Telkom to stop deducting money from my bank account.</p> <p>I got this message the previous time:</p> <p>Good day,case: ********** 5, note that you have been credit subscription fee for April and May and the rest will be credit automatically by the system. Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>how hard can it be stop money going off my bank account????im sick and tired of going to the bank every weekend!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there an ombudsman that i can contact???because there is no assitance from telkom's side!</p>
