Telkom still deducting after we cancelled .

I cancelled our Telkom on the 10th January 2018 due to us immigrating. I asked the gentlemen who helped me when my last deduction will be and he said we on a month to month so they will only deduct the final payment in February 2018. Telkom is still deducting R367.19 every month. Please could someone assist me in getting this stopped and get our refund paid back to the account that Telkom has been debiting from. The account no. is ********** 71. So far Telkom as taken R1835.95 that is not due to them.
