Telkom still deducted for a paid up account

How is it that Telkom still deduct for an account that was paid up and cancelled 2 years ago. next thing i will be listed as bad payer due to your greed and bad service. now i am trying to get hold of a consultant, the line refers me to WhatsApp that is not even working. i am so sick and tired of you :(.
