Telkom still debating my account after cancelation

After many phone calls 2 months ago, I managed to cancel my month to month Sim. I was told I would be debited for July and Aug and the account will come to an end. We'll, I have been debited for September and Oct now. I am so angry as I cannot afford this contract.
