Telkom still can't deliver

If your device battery gets hot or your emails duplicate, BEWARE. This is because of Telkom's network that is not stable. After a year of logging calls and complaining eventually....in December we had a Telkom tech at our house to check the signal. He could not get a signal and verified that we are right next to a 3G Telkom tower. He got between 0 and 1 bar moving around. Telkom was supposed to give us feedback within 9 days. More than a month has passed and no action. The senior managers are so busy managing their bonuses that they wont speak to me. I have 7 contracts that are no more than 3 months old and was assured that I am in a 3G area. SO BEFORE YOU VOTE THAT TELKOM IS THE BEST NETWORK THINK CAREFULLY. Look at HelloPeter and see for yourself. Cannot use the 10G promo as it boms out as it cannot use the MTN tower as a substitute.
