Telkom still billing months after cancellation!!!Pathetic Service as usual!!!

I have requested to cancel my TELKOM account in July 2020 and even received a cancellation reference number, yet they still send me a bill and continue to charge me monthly. Utterly unprofessional as usual with Telkom. Telkom is never ready to sort the matter out but always shift you from department to department.

Telkom please sort this account out or I will be escalating this legally.
