Telkom still billing after discontinuing adsl

Telkom discontinued adsl services but they kept on billing me. When I ask they say I was supposed to cancel the service. They still can't answer me how am I supposed to cancel as the service was discontinued by them and they should have the system to detect but no answer. The said part is that they didn't even inform me that the service will be discontinued and thereafter I need to cancel.
