Telkom *****sters!

Firstly, just by looking at the reviews, how does this provider have 81 000 +, 1 star rating??

I have my own story with Telkom, I took out a WiFi contract with them and diligently paid it every month without fail.

They disconnected my line informing me that they are discontinuing the package that I am on as it will automatically disconnect, advising that I choose another WiFi package. I paid my account up to date and decided I will not take another contract.

A few months down the line, I get a phone call from a law firm telling me that I owe telkom???

1. I did not renew my WiFi nor did I continue with the package that they discontinued

2. I have had numerous phone calls and mails which they don’t answer declining a new contract

3. This is the second law firm that they sending to call me after I explained to the first one that Telkom is commuting *****!

4. They have not sent any invoices to me of due monies and all of a sudden I get phonecall

I do not owe Telkomh any monies yet they take me to lawyers after discontinuing their package that I chose not to continue with.

I am taking this matter further as Telkom is *********** and is only interested in *****ulent activities!

Do not take any phones or contracts with Telkom!!
